The World Country Dance Federation is structured to further the art form and sport of country dance at all levels (social, competitive and professional), through a variety of styles and music.

The General Council consists of the Founding Members, Event Directors and the Management Team.

For all these authorities, sets of roles and responsibilities have been assigned to ensure effective development of goals of our organization, clear communication and conscious decision making. Members of these teams are measured on their performance in this regard.
