The World Country Dance Federation (WorldCDF) was established in Europe with the aim of promoting the art and sport of country dance at every level, from social and competitive to professional. We achieve this by embracing a range of styles and music, and our activities are open to individuals of all ages.
We are committed to supporting country dance enthusiasts around the globe, including both competitors and social dancers, and we are open to any form of collaboration that can enhance the experience for dancers.
We proudly announce WorldCDF world championships 2025
After a long search we can proudly announce we managed to find the perfect place. Namely in the Spanish town of Benidorm, the hotel is in a great location and setting. The competition hall is a pyramid, you imagine yourself to be in the environment of ancient Egypt on the Nile with papyrus boats, sphinxes etc.
We can look forward to some great days of competition, theme parties, gala dinner and enjoy the 4 star + hotel and each hotel room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
One can enjoy several swimming pools and your hotel reservation automatically gives you access to the amusement park adjacent to the hotel. If you want to stay longer and attach a vacation to it also no problem. Through the Worlds XVIII website you can arrange this reservation right along with your Worlds registration.

One of the responsibilities of the WorldCDF Rules board is to develop the competition rules that we use throughout the year. The Rules board can change rules during the year, only if it is for the benefit of the dancers.
